that will impact the south bay. but it's really the north bay towards the middle of the day that i'm watching because you can see we've got all that cloud cover that's only making its way our direction. so we make our way towards the middle of the day, starting at around 10:00am all the way to the evening commute. pockets of heavy rainfall will push in for the north bay. this is up in your flooding risk again. we're still under flood watches up there and the start of the evening commute is going to be a little rocky but clears out by the tail end of it. and that sets us up for a nice, dry finish the day and then into tomorrow. the real break from the rain gets here. a good chance to get out there before a wet weekend around the corner. flood watches in effect through tomorrow for marine sonoma, napa and solano counties. meanwhile, the peninsula south bay and east bay sitting it out. we are seeing still some breezy conditions, 20 to 30 miles per hour. gusts and temperatures are currently in the 40's to 50's. so today
